The Newtown Firemen's Relief Association, a corporation duly incorporated by a decree of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County under date of July 14, AD 1913, and having its place of business in the Borough of Newtown, is hereby recognized as the Firemen's Relief Association in and for the said Borough of Newtown.

The Treasurer of the Borough of Newtown, immediately upon receipt from the State Treasurer of the 2% tax upon premiums from foreign fire insurance companies, is hereby authorized and directed to pay said sum so received annually from the State Treasurer to the Treasurer of said Newtown Firemen's Relief Association for the use and benefits of said Relief Association as provided by law.
