The purpose of this article is to establish regulations, standards and procedures for the siting and co-location of small wireless facilities on rights-of-way within the Village's jurisdiction, or outside of the rights-of-way on property zoned by the Village exclusively for commercial or industrial use, in a manner that is consistent with the Small Wireless Facilities Deployment Act (50 ILCS 840/1 et seq.).
