A temporary business, as defined by Chapter
171, Solicitors and Temporary Businesses, may have a temporary sign for the duration of the valid temporary business license, not to exceed a maximum of 13 weeks per calendar year unless the sign is utilized in conjunction with a temporary use, which is regulated under §
200-41, Temporary uses. Such sign(s) shall then be allowed for the duration of the temporary use license if greater than 13 weeks per calendar year.
