§ E-2900 Unauthorized Alien Policy.

The City will not knowingly employ, hire for employment, or continue to employ an unauthorized alien to perform work within the State of Missouri. "Unauthorized alien" means an alien who does not have the legal right or authorization under Federal law to work in the United States, as defined in 8 U.S.C. § 1324a(h)(3).
