In accordance with the provisions of § 153-11, Snow emergency routes, all Township roads and streets owned and maintained by the Township, in both directions and the entire length unless otherwise noted, or parts thereof, are delineated as snow emergency routes; and, as such, during declared snow emergencies, no vehicle shall be parked on any such street; nor shall anyone operate a vehicle upon any such street unless the vehicle is equipped with all-wheel drive, four-wheel drive, front-wheel drive, snow tires, chains or all-weather tires; and appropriate snow emergency signs shall be erected and maintained in accordance with applicable PennDOT regulations.
