(1) 
Roads. The subdivider shall be required to offer for dedication to the County or town, whichever is applicable, all streets, roads, and other public ways which are proposed to be established within the subdivision.
(2) 
Disclosure. No person shall sell any parcel of land if it abuts on a road which has not been accepted as a public road, unless the seller informs the purchaser in writing of the fact that the road is not a public road and is not required to be maintained by the town or the County.
(3) 
Public Access to Navigable Waters. State, County, and town subdivisions abutting on a navigable lake or stream shall conform with the provisions of § 236.16, Wis. Stats. (as amended).
(4) 
Method of Offering Dedications. Dedications shall be affected as provided in § 236.29, Wis. Stats. Dedications to the County shall require approval of the County Board.
No construction or installation of improvements shall commence in a proposed subdivision until the final plat has been approved by all reviewing authorities provided, however, that construction or installation of improvements may commence following approval of a preliminary plat if the Committee's approval of the preliminary plat included explicit approval of such commencement. The setting of survey monuments does not require explicit approval of the Committee.
