A. 
Purpose. It is the intent of this article and this zoning district to provide local and area residents with areas to accommodate public and private recreation facilities and activities which are supportive of and compatible with adjacent uses.
B. 
Regulations. Within the PR District, a building may be erected, altered or used and a lot or premises may be used when it is in accordance with the conditions of this chapter and the specific use area and design regulations of this district.
A. 
Uses permitted by right. In a PR District, the following uses are permitted by right and are subject to the requirements of Article XI of this chapter:
(1) 
Recreation facility, private.
(2) 
Recreation facility, public.
(3) 
Forestry.
B. 
Uses permitted by special exception. In a PR District, the following uses are permitted by special exception and are subject to the requirements of Article XI of this chapter:
(1) 
Community center.
(2) 
Day-care center.
(3) 
Emergency services.
(4) 
Short-term recreation.
The following area and bulk regulations shall generally apply to uses permitted under the PR District, unless specifically set forth herein:
A. 
Minimum regulations.
(1) 
Minimum lot area (square feet): five acres.
(2) 
Minimum lot width: 100 feet.
(3) 
Minimum front yard: 50 feet.
(4) 
Minimum side yard: 50 feet.
(5) 
Minimum rear yard: 50 feet.
(6) 
Lot depth: 90 feet.
B. 
Maximum regulations.
(1) 
Building height: 35 feet.
(2) 
Building coverage: 10%.
(3) 
Impervious surface: 15%.
