Left Turns. Said ordinance set out a new Sch. III to be named "Restricted
Parking, Prohibited Right, Left Or U-turns," which has been further

giving notice thereof, U-turns are prohibited at all times at the
locations listed in this Schedule, and signs giving notice thereof
shall read as indicated in this Schedule:
