Township of Bridgewater, NJ Chapter 53 Recreational Cannabis

§ 53-1 Prohibited establishments, distributers and delivery services.

A. All cannabis establishments, cannabis distributors, or cannabis delivery services are hereby prohibited from operating anywhere in the Township of Bridgewater, except for the delivery of cannabis items and related supplies by an outside delivery service.

B. All classes of cannabis establishments, cannabis distributors, or cannabis delivery services, as said terms are defined in the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory, Enforcement Assistance, and Marketplace Modernization Act,[1] are hereby prohibited uses in all zones.
