A. 
The parking of any trailer, boat, mobile home, camper unit or mechanized machinery or equipment of any kind for a period in excess of 24 hours upon any public highway, street, alley or public property in and of the Borough of Yeadon shall be and the same is hereby forbidden.
B. 
The Police Chief, or his/her designee, is hereby authorized to an issue waiver of this provision upon application of the same. PennDOT-approved lighted and reflective barricades must surround the equipment during hours of darkness on the traveled portion of the highway.
C. 
The Borough, under the direction of a police officer, may have towed any trailer, boat, mobile home, camper unit or mechanized machinery or equipment of any kind, at the sole expense of the vehicle owner and without liability to the Borough of Yeadon.
D. 
Any person violating any of the foregoing section shall pay a monetary fine to the Borough of Yeadon in the amount of $50.
A. 
Any trailer, boat, mobile home, camper unit or mechanized machinery or equipment must be registered with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania while parked on private property in the Borough.
B. 
Any boats parked on private property must be stored on a secured boat trailer. The Borough specially forbids the storage of boats on blocks, wood, cinder blocks, or any not-certified storage device.
