This chapter shall be known as the "Mobile Home and Mobile Home Park Ordinance."
The purpose of this chapter is to promote the health, safety, morals and general welfare of the inhabitants of the Town of Marcellus by the more efficient regulation of mobile homes, mobile home parks and camping and recreational equipment.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
Includes tents, travel trailers, pickup coaches, motorized homes, camping trailers, ATVs, snowmobiles, motorbikes, boats and their respective trailers, racing and horse trailers and other vehicles of the same general nature.

A canvas, folding structure, mounted on wheels and designed for travel, recreation and vacation use.
A structure, transportable in one or more sections, that is built on a chassis, and is designed for residential occupancy, and provided with mechanical systems, such as plumbing, heating, electrical, and refrigeration equipment. It may be on wheels or a permanent foundation, but excludes travel trailers, motorized homes, camping trailers, and other forms of recreational vehicles.
A lot on which two or more mobile homes are located.
A portable dwelling designed and constructed as an integral part of a self-propelled vehicle.
A structure designed primarily to be mounted on a pickup or truck chassis and with sufficient equipment to render it suitable for use as a temporary dwelling for travel, recreational and vacation uses.
A parcel of land on which two or more spaces are occupied or intended for occupancy for transient dwelling purposes.
A vehicular, portable structure built on a chassis, designed to be used as a temporary dwelling for travel, and recreational vacation uses, permanently identified "travel trailer" by the manufacturer of the trailer.
Any dwelling cabin, trailer or abode of any name or nature, if not included under this chapter, shall be subject to the rules and regulations of Chapter 235, Zoning.
