Any owner of camping and/or recreational equipment may park
or store such equipment on zoned property subject to the following
conditions:
A. At no time shall such parked or stored camping and recreational equipment
be used for living or housekeeping purposes. Exceptions:
(1) A camping or travel trailer occupied by a visiting relative for no
more than 21 days in a calendar year.
B. Outside storage.
(1) If the camping or recreational equipment is parked or stored outside
of a garage, it shall be parked subject to side and rear yard dimensions:
(a)
In the established driveway on the lot side of the street line;
(b)
Behind the front line of the principal building; or
(c)
Elsewhere on the lot at least 100 feet from any street edge.
(2) At no time shall there be more than one item of camping or recreational
equipment stored between the street and the front line of the principal
building.
C. Notwithstanding the provisions of Subsection
B, camping and recreational equipment may be temporarily parked anywhere on the premises for loading, unloading or cleaning purposes.
