The proper officers of the Township are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver on behalf of the Township the Amended and Restated Agreement on Pocono Mountain Regional Police (the "agreement"), in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A",[1] with respect to amending and restating the November 19, 1996, Agreement of the Pocono Mountain Regional Police, as amended.

The proper officers of the Township are hereby authorized and directed to take all such actions, execute, deliver, file and/or record all such documents, publish all notices and otherwise comply with the provisions of this article and the Act insofar as the transaction contemplated by this article, in the name and on behalf of the Township.
