(a) Under
the provisions of Wis. Stats. § 5.15, the division of the
Village into 25 wards as shown on the Official Map of the Village
of Mount Pleasant describing the boundaries of each ward, which map
is attached hereto, incorporated herein and made a part hereof by
reference, as if fully set forth herein.
(b) The polling
places for elections shall be established by resolution of the Village
Board from time to time.

Polling places within the Village shall open at 7:00 a.m. and
close at 8:00 p.m. on election days.

Pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 7.30:
(a) The Village
Clerk may select alternate officials in a number sufficient to maintain
adequate staffing of polling places on Election Day.
(b) The Village
Clerk may select two or more sets of election officials to work at
different times on Election Day and may establish different working
hours for different officials assigned to the same polling place.
(c) The Village
Clerk may appoint three, five, or seven inspectors to each polling
place and may appoint an additional inspector to serve as a greeter.
The Village Clerk may appoint additional inspectors in compliance
with Wis. Stats. § 7.30.
