The provisions of Wis. Stats. § 134.65, relating to
the sale of cigarettes and tobacco products, are adopted in their
entirety.

No person shall in any manner, or upon any pretense, or by any
device, directly or indirectly, sell, expose for sale, possess with
intent to sell, exchange, barter, dispose of or give away any cigarette
or tobacco product without first obtaining a license from the Village
Clerk-Treasurer.

Every person, firm, or corporation desiring a license under
this article shall file with the Village Clerk-Treasurer a written
application, stating the name of the person, firm, or corporation
and the place for which such license is desired. Each license shall
be filed by the Village Clerk-Treasurer and shall name the licensee
and the place such licensee is authorized to conduct such business.

The fee for such license shall be in an amount set by the Village
Board. Each license shall not be delivered until the applicant has
paid such fee set by the Village Board.

Such licenses shall be issued by the Village Clerk-Treasurer.
The license period shall be from July 1 through and including the
following June 30, unless sooner revoked. The licensee shall comply
with the restrictions and training requirements set forth in Wis.
Stats. § 134.66.

Any person convicted of violating any provision of this article
shall be subject to a penalty as provided under Wis. Stats. §§ 134.65
and 134.66.
