As authorized by and in accordance with Chapter 355 and Chapter 365 of this Title, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, it shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to stop, stand or park a motor vehicle at any one time or instance or location on the days and during the times indicated, as designated herein, except when necessary to avoid a conflict with the directions of a Police Officer or traffic control sign or signal.
A. 
There shall be no parking at any time at the following locations:
