A. 
All curbings for sidewalks shall be of first quality granite, and be at least six (6) feet long and of a uniform depth of not less than eighteen (18) inches, and not less than five (5) inches in width on the upper edge.
B. 
This section shall be enforced unless otherwise ordered by the Council in any particular instance.

No person shall, without a license or permit, pile, deposit or place any obstruction of any kind upon any sidewalk, nor so occupy or obstruct any sidewalk as to prevent the convenient use of the same by all pedestrians.
