[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Meeting of the Town of Dudley 12-18-1952 as Art. 20 of the 1952 General
Bylaws. Amendments noted where applicable.]
There shall be established under the provisions of MGL c. 40,
§ 8D, a Historical Commission of the Town of Dudley for
the purpose and with the rights and duties provided by law, to be
composed of seven members appointed by the Board of Selectmen for
terms of three years, except that the initial appointment shall be
two members who shall serve one year, two members who shall serve
for two years and three members who shall serve for three years.
