Lifeguard to swimmer ratio shall be thirty (30) to one (1).
B. 
Maximum bather load as per formula from Pool Spa Operators Handbook issued by National Swimming Pool Foundation:
1.
2,120 square feet deep end = 78 persons/27 square feet/bather
2.
630 square feet shallow end = 42 persons/15 square feet/bather

C. 
Total capacity including on deck and bather load — one hundred fifty (150) persons.
