The Malden Airport Board shall have the authority to set regulations by which every person operating aircraft from the Malden Airport for hire or for profit, and who shall engage in any commercial pursuit thereon, shall abide. Said regulations shall set current minimum standards, an application process, insurance requirements, an airport users fee, and other applicable items. Said airport users fee for transit commercial aircraft shall be in lieu of a City license.

As established under Section 255.010 for commercial businesses, the Malden Airport Board shall also have authority to set regulations for any and all aviation activities on the Malden Regional Airport so long as said regulations do not conflict with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR).
