Every keeper of any table required by this Chapter to be licensed shall, before allowing any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years to play on any such table kept by him, obtain the written permission of the father, mother or guardian of such minor.

A. 
It shall be unlawful for any minor to enter, remain in or frequent any pool hall or billiard parlor where intoxicating beverages are sold, without the written permission of his parents or guardian.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for the owner or proprietor of any pool hall, billiard parlor or premises where intoxicating beverages are sold to permit any minor to enter, remain in or frequent such pool hall, billiard parlor or premises where intoxicating beverages are sold in violation of Subsection (A) of this Section.
