A. 
Any person who shall violate any of the prohibitions of this article shall, upon conviction, be punishable as in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, General Penalty.
B. 
Every day that the provisions of this article are violated by any person shall be a separate and distinct violation of this article.
