Section 605.310 Annual Tax Imposed — Determination Of Amount.

A. The following listed businesses shall be subject to, and there is hereby levied thereon, an annual license tax in the amount that shall be determined by the classification brackets set forth in Subsection (A) of Section 605.280.

1. Restaurants, lunch counters, soda fountains, hot dog stands, hamburger stands and ice cream parlors.

2. Moving picture theater houses.

Section 605.320 Determination Of Classification And Bracket.

For the purpose of determining the classification and the bracket appropriate for the businesses specified in Section 605.280 the procedure and regulations set forth in Article III shall apply.
