Land disturbance permit fees covering costs to the Township for plan review, permit issuance and inspections shall be established by resolution of the Township's Board of Supervisors. No permit to begin any work on the project shall be issued until the requisite fees have been paid.
If it is determined that a modification to the existing stormwater management plan is required under § 579-15 of this chapter, a new land disturbance permit shall not be issued until the additional fees have been paid by the applicant.
The fees payable by an applicant shall, at a minimum, cover:

The review of the stormwater management plan.
B.
The site inspection.
C.
The inspection of required controls and improvements during construction.
D.
The final inspection upon completion of the controls and improvements required in the plan.
E.
Any additional work required to enforce the permit provisions, correct violations and assure the completion of stipulated remedial actions.
F.
The scope of work, as described above, shall be performed by the Township Engineer in accordance with the classifications and hourly rates as specified by the Township Engineer with Stowe Township.
