Any person aggrieved by any action of the Township or its agent may appeal to the Township's Board of Commissioners within 60 days of that action.
A.
Any person aggrieved by any decision of the Township's Board of Commissioners may appeal to the County Court of Common Pleas within 30 days of that decision.
B.
The Court of Common Pleas shall have original jurisdiction of actions involving other agencies to render declaratory judgements or to enforce this chapter.
