items on any public or private property in Stowe Township.
No person, firm, partnership, corporation or other entity shall,
at any time, locate on any private or public property in the Township
of Stowe any portable on-demand (PODS®) storage container that is used for the storage of residential,

welfare and/or morals of the Township and its inhabitants. If the
Board shall see fit to grant such license, the applicant shall pay
to the Township Secretary, for the use of the Township, a license
fee as established by resolution by the Board of Commissioners.

revoke any license issued thereunder under this chapter when the Board
shall deem such revocation to be in the interest of health, safety,
welfare and/or morals of the Township and the inhabitants thereof.
In case of revocation, no part of any license fee required hereunder
shall be refunded.
Any person, firm, partnership, association, firm or corporation
who shall violate any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction
