A. 
There shall be no overnight parking in the area directly adjacent to Elm Street.
B. 
There shall be no overnight parking in the eight parallel stalls adjacent to Elm Street access drive.
C. 
There shall be no overnight parking adjacent to the Historical Society/Free Masons Building along the South State Street access drive.
D. 
There shall be no overnight parking in the area located behind the Bateman Building and bounded by the Historical Society/Free Masons Building on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
E. 
There shall be no overnight parking in the area between the Historical Society/Free Masons Building and the Knights of Columbus lot on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

There shall be no overnight parking on the west side of the lot on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
B. 
There shall be no overnight parking on the east side of the lot on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
A crosswalk shall be established located on the west side of the exit driveway of Lowville Central School crossing Trinity Avenue.
