A. 
It shall be unlawful to operate or park a vehicle on a one-way street or alley except in the direction provided for herein. The following streets or alleys are one-way streets or alleys:
1. 
California Street from Santa Fe Avenue to Pine Street, eastbound only.
2. 
The alley between the 100 block of East Ritchie Avenue and the 100 block of East Gracia Avenue, northbound only.
3. 
The alley between the 100 block of East Ritchie Avenue and the 100 block of Howell Avenue, southbound only.
B. 
Any person found in violation shall be fined an amount not to exceed the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00).
