A. 
The City shall provide intermittent, partial or standby service upon request.
B. 
Service of this class shall be subject to discontinuance by the City upon notice.
C. 
Rates.
1. 
Charges for such intermittent service shall be based on a minimum monthly demand charge as established by the City; plus a charge of five cents ($0.05) per kilowatt-hour.
2. 
The demand charge shall be established by the largest fifteen (15) minutes demand occurring during the month or by fifty percent (50%) of the highest monthly demand for the preceding eleven (11) months, whichever is greater.
