Unless another penalty is expressly provided, a violation of
any provision of the ordinances of the Township of Watervliet shall
be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500 and costs of prosecution
or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed 90 days, or by
both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.

Provisions, Art. III)]
The Township Ordinance Enforcement Officer or any police officer
is authorized to file complaints and issue appearance tickets to enforce
the penalties herein set forth or to enforce the penalties provided
by any other ordinance under the provisions of MCLA § 764.9(f).
The provisions provided herein for the enforcement of the ordinances
of the Township of Watervliet shall be cumulative and in addition
to other remedies available to the Township under Township ordinances
or as may be provided by law.
