The Select Board Members are authorized to sell, after first
giving notice of the time and place of sale by advertising such notice
of sale in the local newspapers 14 days at least, before the sale
of property taken by the Town under tax title procedure and/or personal
property no longer of value or of use to the Town, provided that the
Select Board Members or whomsoever they may authorize to hold such
public auction may reject any bid which they deem inadequate.

A. Notwithstanding and in addition to the provisions of the above section,
the Select Board, acting on behalf of the Town, is authorized to enter
into an agreement or agreements with prospective purchasers of the
property known as the "Atlantic Aquarium." The sale of said property,
if by an agreement, may be made only upon approval of a minimum selling
price by a Special or Annual Town Meeting, and upon such terms and
conditions, if any, as the Town Meeting and/or Select Board may impose.

B. Any agreements for the sale of said property currently existing shall
be considered authorized under this bylaw, if not otherwise authorized.
C. Should the Town Meeting, at the meeting during which this provision
is passed, approve a minimum sales price and any other terms and conditions
pertaining to the sale of the property known as the "Atlantic Aquarium,"
such action shall be valid as if the bylaw was already in full force
and effect.
D. Nothing contained in this section shall prohibit the sale of the
Atlantic Aquarium property, so called, by auction as provided for
above.

All tools, machinery, equipment, motor vehicles and all other
property of the Town used by its employees and/or under the direction
of its officers and departments shall have the words "Town of Hull"
clearly and visibly stamped, painted, burned or otherwise marked thereon,
except such properties so small in size as to preclude such.
