The Trustees of the Public Library shall annually give to the
Town at the Annual Town Meeting a detailed report of their doings
and the condition of the Library, the same to be printed in the Annual
Town Report.

Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the Trustees
are authorized to dispose of, by sale, auction, donation, discarding
or otherwise, as they may determine, books, periodicals and/or publications
which the Trustees may determine to be no longer needed or of value.
