A. 
The number of members of the Municipal Light Board shall be increased from three to five members in accordance with MGL c. 41, § 2, and C. 164, § 55.
B. 
Of the additional members, initially one shall be elected for two years and the other shall be elected for three years, and thereafter, the terms shall be for three years.
