No gas station engaged in the retail sale of petroleum products shall accept delivery of any petroleum product for same between the hours of 10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Violators of this section shall be subject to a fine of $50 for each violation. For purpose of this section each separate delivery shall be deemed a separate offense.
