All dwellings and business establishments on the several streets
in the Borough of Wesleyville, Pennsylvania, shall be numbered in
plain and legible figures or numbers. All dwellings and business establishments
on all streets extending in a northwardly and southwardly direction
within the Borough of Wesleyville shall be numbered beginning on the
north line of the Borough of Wesleyville with the number 1,500 and
numbering southwardly therefrom by numerical progression to the south
line of the Borough of Wesleyville. All dwellings and business establishments
on the west side of all streets extending in a northwardly and southwardly
direction shall bear even numbers, and all dwellings and business
establishments located on the east side of all streets running in
a northwardly and southwardly direction shall bear odd numbers. All
dwellings and business establishments on all streets running in an
eastwardly and westwardly direction within the Borough of Wesleyville
shall be numbered beginning at the east line of Bird Drive with the
number 2,700 and numbering eastwardly therefrom by numerical progression
to the east line of the Borough of Wesleyville. Each dwelling and
business establishment located on the north side of all streets running
in an eastwardly and westwardly direction shall bear even numbers,
and all dwellings and business establishments located on the south
side of all streets running in an eastwardly and westwardly direction
shall bear odd numbers. For the purpose of so numbering, 20 feet 7 1/2
inches shall be considered a lot unit for numbering on all streets
within the Borough. The numbers of dwellings and business establishments
in all cases shall be placed in a conspicuous place over or near the
front entrance of each dwelling and business establishment with numbers
or numerals of sufficient size so as to be plainly visible from roadway
or street, and the costs of said numbering shall be paid by the owner
of the premises, respectively, that in case there be no resident owner,
by the agent for said owner, and any such owner or agent neglecting
or refusing to number, change or correct his or her house number as
provided by this Part, within 60 days after notice shall have been
given by mail to the owner or agent, shall forfeit and pay to the
Borough of Wesleyville, Pennsylvania, the sum of $5 for each such
neglect or refusal, which amount shall be collected in like manner
as penalties due the Borough are by law collectible.

The Building Inspector of the Borough of Wesleyville will furnish,
upon a signed, written request by the owner or his agent, free of
cost the correct number or numbers for each new dwelling and business
establishment within the Borough of Wesleyville.

The Map, dated May 12, 1944, shall be, and is hereby declared
to be the Official House and Business Establishment Number Map of
the Borough of Wesleyville, Pennsylvania, and all owners shall correct
and maintain such numbers in accordance with said Map.
