The Township of Edgmont hereby elects to become a member of the Crum and Ridley Creeks Council of Governments upon the terms and conditions of municipal membership, as set forth in the Preamble and By-Laws of the Crum and Ridley Creeks Council of Governments, which are set forth in Appendix "A" to this article and made part hereof.[1]

The Manager of the Township of Edgmont is hereby appointed as the voting representative of Edgmont to sit on the Council of Governments.
There is hereby appropriated from the municipal treasury an amount sufficient to pay the 1986 annual membership dues in the Council of Governments.
