A.
Pursuant
to the provision of the Michigan Mechanical Code, in accordance with
Section 8b (MCLA § 125.1508b) of Act 230, PA 1972, as amended,
the mechanical official of the of the Township of Three Oaks is hereby
designated as the enforcing agency to discharge the responsibility
of the Township of Three Oaks under Act 230, PA 1972, as amended,
State of Michigan.

B.
The Township
of Three Oaks assumes responsibility for the administration and enforcement
of said Act throughout its corporate limits.
