The ICC International Property Maintenance Code, 2018 Edition (the "Code"), is hereby adopted as if fully set out herein, with amendments thereto as listed in § 260-2 of this chapter.

The Code is hereby amended as follows:
A. 
Section 101.1: Insert "Three Oaks Township."
B. 
Section 103.5: Insert "the current Township Fee Schedule."
C. 
Section 112.4: Insert "$100 to $500."
D. 
Section 302.4: Insert "six inches."
E. 
Section 304.14: Insert "April 1 to October 1."
F. 
Section 602.3: Insert "September 1 to June 1."
G. 
Section 602.4: Insert "September 1 to June 1."
A. 
All ordinances, or parts thereof, to the extent that any are in conflict with any provision contained herein, are hereby repealed. Ordinance Number 30 is hereby repealed.
B. 
Should any section, clause or provision of this chapter be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction as invalid or unenforceable, that declaration shall not affect the validity of any other sections, clauses or provisions of this chapter.
Nothing in this chapter or the Code shall be construed to affect any suit or proceeding pending in any court, or any rights or causes of action, acquired or existing under any ordinance or part thereof repealed by § 260-3 of this chapter, nor shall any right or remedy of any character be lost, impaired or affected by this chapter.
