It shall be the duty of the Board to submit:
A. 
A proposed annual budget of capital and operational expenditures covering projected park activities by the Township Supervisors October meeting; and
B. 
A report of the previous years' activities by the Township Supervisors January meeting; and
C. 
An initial five-year plan and a ten-year plan; and
D. 
A yearly update to the five-year plan and the ten-year plan.
Board reports should include an analysis of the community park and recreation areas, facilities and leadership, with particular reference to the extent and adequacy of the program and its effectiveness in view of the public needs and requirements.
