The Uniform Construction Code (UCC), contained within Title 34 Pa. Code, Chapters 401 through 405, as amended from time to time, is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference as the municipal building code for West Rockhill Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. As of the time of the adoption of this Code, the UCC includes the following:

International Building Code of 2015 which, at Chapter 27, requires compliance with NFPA 70-2014 National Electric Code.

International Building Code 2018 Accessibility Requirements.
C. 
International Energy Conservation Code 2015.
D. 
International Fire Code 2015 (as referenced in Chapter 35 of the International Building Code 2015).

International Fuel Gas Code 2015.

International Mechanical Code 2015.

International Performance Code for Buildings and Facilities 2009 (provides alternative compliance approach)
H. 
International Plumbing Code 2015.
I. 
International Residential Code 2015 (code for one- and two-family dwellings no more than three stories in height).
J. 
International Wildland-Urban Interface Code 2015 (supplementary requirements that may be used to mitigate fire- and life-safety hazards in unique wildland areas).
