The compensation of members of the Board of Supervisors who take office after January 1, 2025, shall be $4,190 annually in accordance with Section 606 of the Second Class Township Code, 53 P.S. § 65606, for townships with a population between 5,000 and 9,999.
If any sentence, clause, section or part of this article is for any reason found to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, such unconstitutionality, illegality or invalidity shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions, sentences, clauses, sections or part of this article. It is hereby declared as the intent of the Board of Supervisors of West Rockhill Township that this article would have been adopted had such unconstitutional, illegal or invalid sentence, clause, section or part thereof not been included therein.
