§ 115-1 Marriages and civil union ceremonies performed by Mayor. The following fees are hereby established to be collected by the Borough Clerk for marriages and civil union ceremonies performed by the Mayor as follows:A. At the municipal building: not to exceed $125.B. At a Borough residence: not to exceed $150.C. At a hall reception Buena Borough/Buena Vista Township: not to exceed $175.D. Out of town: not to exceed $200.
