Pursuant to the provisions of the Michigan Plumbing Code, in accordance with Section 8b of Act 230, P.A. 1972 (MCL 125.1508b), as amended, the Building Inspector of the Township of Cannon is hereby designated as the enforcing agency to discharge the responsibility of the Township of Cannon under Act 230, P.A. 1972, as amended, State of Michigan. The Township of Cannon assumes responsibility for the administration and enforcement of said Act throughout its corporate limits.[1]

Fees for examinations, inspections, issuance of permits and all other activities performed by the Building Inspector shall be established by resolution.
