§ 5-8 BIANNUAL DOG AND CAT CENSUS.

§ 5-8.1 Dog and cat canvassing; reporting of dog canvass.

a. The Director of Code Enforcement shall cause a canvass to be made on a biannual basis of all dogs and cats owned, kept, or harbored within the limits of the Town.

b. The Department of Code Enforcement, Division of Health shall report to the State Health Department the results of the dog census on forms promulgated by the State Health Department.
