(2)
The property owner or owner's agent shall report to the Department each inspection, maintenance or servicing event, in accordance with Ch. SPS 383.55, Wis. Adm. Code, and this chapter.
(3)
The property owner shall submit a copy of an appropriate maintenance agreement and/or servicing contract to the Department prior to sanitary permit issuance.
(4)
The property owner shall submit a new or revised maintenance agreement and/or servicing contract to the Department whenever there is a change to such document(s).
(5)
The property owner shall submit a new maintenance agreement and/or servicing contract to the Department prior to expiration of any existing maintenance agreement and/or servicing contract.
(6)
In order to satisfy the requirements of Ch. SPS 383.54, Wis. Adm. Code, Oneida County shall continue to cooperate with Lake Protection and Rehabilitation Districts to evaluate, condemn and replace existing failing POWTS.
(7)
The applicant for a sanitary permit for a holding tank system shall sign a holding tank agreement with the County.
