As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates that a different meaning is intended:
A form of harassment and defined as an intentional course of conduct which includes electronic, written, verbal or physical acts or series of acts directed at another person, which occurs in a school setting and/or outside a school setting, that is severe, persistent or pervasive and which is reasonably likely to intimidate, emotionally abuse, defame or threaten another person and which serves no legitimate purpose.
A pattern of conduct comprised of a series of acts over a period of time, however short, evidencing a continuity of purpose.
