Town of Fabius, NY Chapter 76 Legislation, Publication of

§ 76-1 Authority to publish in summary or digest form.

Henceforth the Town Board of the Town of Fabius shall be authorized to publish in summary or digest form any Town ordinance or local law, the effective date of which shall be after the effective date of this chapter.

§ 76-2 Supersession of Town Law.

This chapter shall be deemed to supersede §§ 133, 264 and 265 of the Town Law insofar as they require full publication of Town ordinances. This chapter shall not be deemed to supersede or contradict the requirement of filing all local laws with the Secretary of State of the State of New York and the Department of Audit and Control.
