A. 
Pursuant to G.L. c. 40, § 21E, the due date for payment of municipal charges and bills shall be 30 days after the mailing of said charges and bills.
B. 
The rate of interest on said charges and bills shall be the rate charged on tax bills under provisions of G.L. c. 59, § 57.
Pursuant to the authority vested in the Town by G.L. c. 40, § 5F, the Town of Lanesborough hereby establishes that charges shall be paid by persons transported in the Town ambulance. Said charges shall be determined by the Select Board by regulation. Said charges shall take affect after a public hearing and publication in a newspaper.
