A.
No person in a park shall drink, sell, possess, make a gift, or offer for sale any alcoholic liquor or controlled substance within the park.

B.
No person under the influence of alcoholic liquor or controlled substances shall enter or remain within the park, nor shall any person within the park use, administer, receive, offer for sale, possess, or make available to himself or any person or animal any alcoholic liquor or controlled substance.

C.
No person shall use or possess any article which from a distance of 50 feet or more is confusingly similar to a container of an alcoholic beverage.

D.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Subsections A, B and C, the sale, possession and consumption of beer and wine only is permitted at Prairie Vista Golf Course, the Den at Fox Creek Golf Course and Highland Golf Course under the following conditions:
(1)
Beer and wine shall only be offered for sale by the City of Bloomington as allowed under a RBS or EB liquor license issued for each of the premises.

Beer and wine may be provided by a person holding a Class W catering license at an approved event.
(4)
All state and local liquor control laws must be obeyed.
(5)
All rules and regulations for the golf courses must be obeyed.

E.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Subsections A, B and C, the possession and consumption of beer and wine may be permitted at Miller Park Pavilion, Miller Park Zoo, and Davis Lodge, pursuant to a permit issued by the City Clerk under Chapter 6, § 6-133D.
