The Butler Township Board of Commissioners authorizes the use
of the Butler Township Shooting Range by current and former law enforcement
officers in accordance with the below provisions:
A.
All individuals entering upon the grounds of the Butler Township
Shooting Range shall contact the Chief of the Butler Township Police
Department in advance and provide the Chief with his or her name,
address, police department, and dates of intended use of the range.
B.
All individuals entering upon the grounds of the Butler Township
Shooting Range must complete and submit to the Butler Township Police
Department a general release of liability form.
C.
The Township Police Chief shall grant or deny each individual's
request; the decision to grant or deny any such request shall be final
and solely rests in the Chief's discretion.
